Abstract: CANNOT CREATE TABLESPACES ON RAW DEVICES


As of now Linux doesnot support raw devices and so Oracle also doesnot
support creating database on raw device.
When the Linux distribution supports raw devices in future, Oracle also
supports the creation of database on raw devices.
