"Search" information sub-system is based on FORS developed SPRUT-PLUS toolkit and enables to create an integrated data warehouse on the basis of the heterogeneous information resources, providing the single access to the data in order to conduct "through" search, whereas the links between the objects and results are identified and represented in a user-friendly manner.

In 2009 FORS completed the first part of the project on implementation of the accounting analytical system based on Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition (Oracle BI EE Plus) at the Mortgage Housing Credit Agency. By now, the system is fully put into the commercial operation. This unique by its technological complexity BI-solution has become the first in Russia and one from just a few in Europe implementations of the industrial realization of Oracle BI EE Plus solution in the cluster configuration.

In 2007 FORS launched a Business Intelligence and data warehousing project. The purpose of the information system development was to improve performance of the Agency for Power Balance Forecasting by creating the integrated information resource that would enable to consolidate, store and represent information for users for operational and analytical reporting tasks as well as for the short-term and long-term forecasting purposes.

In 2007 JSC Central Telegraph put into operation the automated billing system for communication services АСР Fastcom 10 which is used for billing Triple Play multiple services (digital telephony, digital TV, high-speed Internet) as well as the automation of all key types of an operator’s activity.

The Hot Line information system based on Oracle E-Business suit CRM sub-system has enabled to automate processing of citizens’ calls, control response actions on citizens’ requests and coordinate the activities of the line divisions and emergency crews of St. Petersburg Water Treatment Plant. In 2007 FORS implemented the data warehousing project for this leading financial-insurance company. The primary aim of the project was to upgrade the company’s Business Intelligence instruments and management performance by generating the consolidated information resource for operational and analytical reporting purposes. The system was designed to address the whole range of key challenges: data integration in the single location, reconciliation and aggregating of the separate detailed data, automation of the Reports generation, support of verification and consistency control of data scattered around various applications.

In 2007 the internal information portal of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation was designed using Oracle AS Portal technology and put into operation. The portal enabled the creation of a single access point to the major information.

A customized system of Property Rights Registry maintains centralized databases on real estate titles and transactions at the local and municipal government level. It was installed in 2004 at more than a dozen local and municipal departments across the Russian Federation. In 2006, the system was updated and 4 more complementary regional Registers were designed.
